Wayne has spent 16 years bridging two worlds: the fast pace of commercial photography and the patient craft of teaching. What started as a photography assistantship in the 90s grew into an NIE-trained teaching career, and eventually D Picture Room — a one-man practice built on real industry experience, not textbook theory.

Outside the studio and the classroom, he’s a single father — a role that shapes the same patience and care he brings to every workshop he runs.
